WHO IS BEHIND PROGRAM R.O.S.E.
Program ROSE is led by University of Malaya and VCS Foundation, in partnership with other government agencies, universities, non-profits and corporations.
VCS Foundation is an Australian not for profit organization (the not for profit arm of Victorian Cytology Service Ltd). VCS provides registry services for Australia's national cervical screening program and collaborated with University of Malaya to develop an acceptable solution to cervical screening within the Malaysian setting.
University of Malaya is a public research university and the oldest university in Malaysia.
